"Thank you so much for the last eight days. This has got to be the next best place to heaven. We have never relaxed or rested so much, the sense of peace & tranquility here and homeliness that is so evident as soon as you come onto the site is undoubtably down to you both and your family. Many thanks."
Pauline & Paul.

"Thankyou so much for looking after us so well - nothing was too much trouble. We will always remember the night of the moon and the stars and the sun by day. Spectacular! Wishing you every future success at Le Chant d'Oiseau - it IS indeed highly recommendable."
Graham, Maggie, Timothy & Alistair Rice.

"So quiet & peaceful, something we cannot find in the UK. Stu, Syb & children could not be more helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We have no doubt that we will return in the not too distant future. Thankyou very much for a most pleasant stay."
Tony & Val Duffin.

"Am longing to be back! We arrived home at 6am on Tuesday and the rat race began immediately! Beam me up Scotty! Seriously - we all had a wonderful time in France and for me it was the most relaxing two weeks I've had in the last 20! The welcome we received when we arrived and the friendships we forged will never be forgotten. Stu & Syb - you landed running when you arrived - difficult to believe you had only been there a few days. You looked like you'd been born to it!
Your sons are an absolute credit to you and a definite asset to your venture!
Liam we hope your back is better and Emma misses the banter.
I hope Hannah & Niall settle into school without too many hiccups & hope they can teach me French when we see them again!
You have a lovely family and a wonderful home which I hope continues to be a source of enjoyment and satisfaction for you all.
Looking forward to seeing you again next summer."
Nicky & Jim Newell & Family.

"Dear all. Arrived home safely after our time with our friends at Caen. Weather very mixed here in North of England. Went to Cartmel races on Monday and found the fly repellent sticks!( they didn't have any tea lights) will pop some in post to you soon. Had a wonderful time at Le Chant d'Oiseau. - Just exactly what we all needed - Thanks to you all for making us feel so very welcome. Will keep in touch and see you soon I am sure.
Love Lesley, Steve, Lynne (and Joan and Ron)."

"Very much enjoyed our stay on your peaceful and idyllic site. We had a very enjoyable couple of days in Honfleur before returning home via Portsmouth on a superb crossing. Pity P&O are stopping this service. We hope to return to Le Chant d'Oiseau for a day or so at the least or for a more prolonged stay. Let us hope not too distant in the future. In the meantime we wish you all well and are sure you will make a success of your relocation to France."
Janet & Malcolm Gould.

"Just wanted to let you know we arrived home safely, cant quite believe we are back in the rat race. Journey was good other than the rain the other side of Rouen, but uneventful. We had a fantastic time, so peaceful and beautiful, we will be back next year so keep our pitch warm! Hope you are all well, regards to Sheila and once again thanks for your hospitality and good luck with the business." - Liz & Stuart Richadon.

"Hi, Stu & Syb
Had a great four days (should have been longer). Place is beautiful. Top facilities. Never felt more welcome, good Yorkshire hospitality.
Touch Rugby, Hide and Seek (IN THE DARK) and Daft Ghost Stories were definite highlights. Do you make it up as you go along or does everyone get the V.I.P treatment?
My kids have given me earache to come back even though I plan to anyway.
See you in the summer. Keep the wine chilled."
Lynn, Arran, Andrew & Mark (The Davo's)
